Municipal Tax
City tax of €2.00 per person per night up to a maximum of €14.00 per stay. Valid for guests aged 13 and over. This tax is not included in the price of accommodation.Exception SANA Sesimbra and SANA Silver Coast, destinations with no city tax.

4 to 12 years - 50% of the adult extra bed rate.
Booking Guarantee Policy:
The reservation will only be guaranteed upon advance payment via bank transfer or via secure online payment through a link to be sent by the Unit.
Cancellation policy:
Flexible rate
For changes or cancellations less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night. The same penalty will apply in the event of a No Show.
Non-refundable rate
The total amount of the stay will be charged when the booking is confirmed. No changes or refunds will be made.

EPIC SANA ALGARVE
April, May and October: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (until 12:00 local time). No Show's or Cancellations made 6 or less days before the arrival date are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay booked. In the event of early departure, 100 per cent of the total stay will be charged.
June and September, New Year's Eve, Easter: Free cancellation up to 14 days before date of arrival (up to 12:00 local time). No Show's or Cancellations made 13 or less days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay booked. In the event of early departure, 100 per cent of the total stay will be charged.
July and August: Free cancellation up to 21 days before date of arrival (up to 12:00 local time). No Show's or Cancellations made 20 or less days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay booked. In the event of early departure, 100 per cent of the total stay will be charged.
EVOLUTION CASCAIS-ESTORIL
Flexible rate
Low season (January, February, March, November and December) - For changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total amount of the stay. The same penalty will apply in the event of a no-show.
High season (April to October) - For changes or cancellations less than 5 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total price of the stay. The same penalty will apply in the event of a no-show.
