Our Chef - Sushi man, Dhiego Silva, proposes a modern Japanese Izakaya concept, a fusion between the authentic Japanese techniques of preparation and the flavors of fresh local fish, for the pleasure of the delicate palate of genuine lovers or adventurers of exotic flavors.
