Created by SAYANNA, the SANA Group wellness brand, this space combines modern and oriental therapies, treatments and massages, creating a unique sensory experience in Cascais.
Relax in the heated indoor pool with hydromassage, sauna, steam room or exclusive treatment rooms. Everything is designed to restore body and mind in a calm, elegant atmosphere full of good vibes.

Access to the thermal area of the SPA Wellness by SAYANNA is permitted for children aged 4 to 12 years old during the following hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
