A Sunday buffet that puts a new spin on late-breakfast classics, featuring roast meats and live music in the kitchen, is what makes up the Evo Brunch at The Kitchen restaurant in the Evolution Cascais-Estoril hotel.
A DJ with his mixing desk set up in the kitchen, right next to the buffet counter, is a sight few would expect to see, but at the Evolution Cascais-Estoril hotel it is one of the hallmarks of Evo Brunch. “We wanted to set ourselves apart from the traditional brunches in this area by creating a young and relaxed atmosphere,” the hotel’s general manager, João Neto, tells Evasões. The brunch, which launched in September, aims to stand out not only for its musical curation but also for its menu, developed as a team effort with the contribution of sous-chef Júlio Barbosa.
