If the recipe for a perfect day included bold cocktails, flavourful cuisine, live music and a rooftop sunset party overlooking the sea… it would be called Mixology Lab. On 17 October, Evolution Cascais-Estoril will be transformed into a laboratory of experiences where creativity and the desire to raise a glass are the key ingredients.
From a show bar featuring leading brands to guest bartending by SANA Hotels, alongside workshops and talks by experts, the idea is simple: to prove that innovation knows no bounds. Amidst drinks and networking, there are also culinary offerings that add just the right touch to the experience. And, as the sun begins to set, the party moves to the rooftop, with a DJ set to round off the evening in style.
