Chef Renato Bonfim’s menu combines bold starters, premium dry-aged cuts like porterhouse and chuletón, and desserts that balance comfort, tradition, and elegance – including the abade de priscos with raspberry sorbet and vanilla créme brûlée.
To complement the meal, a carefully curated wine list and signature cocktails have been crafted to harmonize with every moment, creating a truly memorable dining experience.
