Paper notebooks and pens are removed from the tables, encouraging the use of digital notebooks for an eco-friendlier approach.
Notepads made from recycled paper and eco-friendly pens are available on a side table for participants who wish to use them.
We supply spring water in reusable glass bottles, helping to reduce the use of plastic and reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.
Centralised control of lighting and air conditioning in the rooms enables optimised management, promoting more efficient energy consumption. In the boardrooms, the flipcharts come with their own markers, thereby reducing paper consumption – paper is provided on request.
All our menus include vegetarian and vegan options, alongside a food waste control and reduction program.
