12 flexible modern meeting rooms with natural light, with a capacity of 1.750 square meters, able to host until 600 guests in cocktail and banqueting style, with perfect meeting packages for each size and type of meeting and event.
To keep affordable meeting packages for our clients, our concept at sana metropolitan is to provide basic technology in the rooms, and to propose further requirements or additional services adjusted to their needs,
such as full-service venue for both wet and dry hire, extra boardroom decorations, custom made advertising panels or multilingual hostess’s service, and catering service.
Our meeting consultants will advise, plan, arrange and ensure that every aspect of your meeting or event, exceeds the expectations of your attendees and guests.

SUSTAINABLE MICE/GROUP PROGRAM
Paper notebooks and pens are removed from the tables, encouraging the use of digital notebooks for an eco-friendlier approach.
Notepads made from recycled paper and eco-friendly pens are available on a side table for participants who wish to use them.
We supply spring water in reusable glass bottles, helping to reduce the use of plastic and reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.
Centralised control of lighting and air conditioning in the rooms enables optimised management, promoting more efficient energy consumption. In the boardrooms, the flipcharts come with their own markers, thereby reducing paper consumption – paper is provided on request.
All our menus include vegetarian and vegan options, alongside a food waste control and reduction program.
OPTIONAL SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES
In addition to the core program, we offer the following optional sustainability initiatives for your event.
We can connect you with suppliers that offer eco-friendly signage made from recyclable or biodegradable materials.
We encourage the use of sustainable transportation options, including electric shuttles, shared transport, or public transit.
Every year, our team, made up of employees from different areas, takes part in reforestation activities, raising awareness of the importance of carbon offsetting.
